RALEIGH, NC—Legacy Healthcare Services, a national therapy, and wellness services provider, announced today the promotion of Paula Pason from National Director of New Business Execution to Vice President of New Business Operations. Pason brings over 20 years of healthcare experience to the role, as well as over 20 years of being a licensed physical therapist. Pason will oversee all start-up operations for new business within the organization.

Pason earned a Bachelor of Arts from Washington and Lee University and a physical therapy degree from Cleveland State University. Pason’s career with Legacy as a physical therapist and Regional Director in an independent living community. She has held multiple roles within the organization including Multi-site Manager, Regional Director of Operations, and National Director of New Business Development.
