It is not just exercise. It is personalized, one-on-one or small group support from licensed therapy professionals and certified personal trainers who work with each participant’s current abilities, fitness level, interests, and goals.
Services may include:
- Strengthening/conditioning
- Walking programs
- Balance training
- Cognitive and memory activities
- Golf and Pickle Ball safety and stretches
- Posture and core strengthening
- Chronic Condition Self Management
- Meditation/Breathing/Better Sleep
