RALEIGH, NC—Legacy Healthcare Services, a national therapy and wellness services provider, announced today the promotion of Joette Springle to Vice President of Customer Success. Springle joined Legacy in 2017 and has over 20 years of competitive healthcare business management success along with her outstanding leadership skills. She has fostered a productive work environment and a successful team over the last 5 years as Director of Community Outreach for Legacy.

Springle holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from North Carolina State University, and a master’s in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Springle created and launched Legacy’s Community Outreach department to support existing customers’ resident retention rates. She has had tremendous success in increasing referrals for our partnering assisted, and Independent living communities and assisted in marketing events within the communities we serve.
