Ibro Bektic serves as the Senior Vice President of Information Technology for Legacy Healthcare Services, where he provides executive leadership for the organization’s information technology strategy, cybersecurity, infrastructure, enterprise applications, and digital transformation initiatives. With more than 18 years of experience in information technology, Ibro has dedicated his career to building secure, reliable, and innovative technology solutions that support clinicians, employees, and the patients they serve.

Prior to joining Legacy Healthcare Services, Ibro held senior technology leadership positions with Powerback Rehabilitation and Encore Rehabilitation, where he led enterprise infrastructure modernization, cloud migrations, mergers and acquisitions, cybersecurity programs, and large-scale operational initiatives across hundreds of healthcare locations. Throughout his career, he has successfully transformed IT organizations, strengthened security and compliance, and delivered technology strategies that generated millions of dollars in operational savings while improving service delivery.

Ibro joined Legacy Healthcare Services in 2026 and is focused on advancing the organization’s technology vision through innovation, automation, and strategic partnerships. He is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen cybersecurity, and create technology solutions that allow clinicians to spend more time focused on patient care.
