Gil Wilson

Chief Financial Officer

Gil is responsible for the company’s financial operations, business analysis, financial and operational planning, treasury, tax, and financial reporting. Prior to joining Legacy Healthcare, he served as Vice President, Finance at Allscripts Healthcare Solutions and was the finance leader for two major business units as well as other emerging businesses within Allscripts. He places a strong emphasis on integrity, quality, and customer service. His management style encourages collaboration and transparency, partnering across resource teams to achieve financial and operational targets.

Gil graduated from East Carolina University, College of Business, and is a CPA.
