Ibro Bektic serves as Senior Vice President of Information Technology for Legacy Healthcare Services, where he provides executive leadership for the organization’s information technology strategy, cybersecurity, infrastructure, enterprise applications, and digital transformation initiatives. He works collaboratively across the organization to develop secure, reliable, and innovative technology solutions that support clinicians, employees, and the patients they serve.

With more than 18 years of experience in information technology, Ibro brings extensive expertise in technology strategy, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, cloud transformation, and enterprise operations to his leadership role. Prior to joining Legacy Healthcare Services, he held senior technology leadership positions with Powerback Rehabilitation and Encore Rehabilitation, where he led cloud migrations, mergers and acquisitions, cybersecurity programs, infrastructure modernization, and large-scale operational initiatives across hundreds of healthcare locations. Throughout his career, he has transformed IT organizations, strengthened security and compliance, and implemented technology strategies that generated millions of dollars in operational savings while improving service delivery.

Since joining Legacy in 2026, Ibro has focused on advancing the organization’s technology vision through innovation, automation, and strategic partnerships. He is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen cybersecurity, and develop solutions that allow clinicians to spend more time focused on patient care. He is committed to building a modern, secure, and scalable technology environment that supports Legacy’s continued growth and its mission of enriching the lives of the seniors entrusted to its care.

Outside of work, Ibro enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and son.
