Jeff Fink

Senior Vice President, Talent & Administration

Jeff serves as Senior Vice President of Talent and Administration for Legacy Healthcare Services, where he provides leadership across talent, human resources, and administrative functions that support the organization’s workforce and operational priorities. He works collaboratively across the organization to strengthen talent strategies, support employees and leaders, and develop practices that contribute to Legacy’s continued growth.

With an extensive career in Human Resource Management, Jeff brings experience across manufacturing, consulting, consumer goods, and healthcare organizations. His career includes Human Resources specialty, senior management, and officer-level roles with both public and private companies, including Kayser Roth Hosiery, CP Morgan Communities, Premier Inc., and Liberty Hardware/Masco. Jeff joined Legacy Healthcare Services in 2014 as National Director of Recruiting and has continued to expand his leadership responsibilities throughout his tenure with the organization.

Since joining Legacy, Jeff has focused on supporting the organization through effective talent strategies, strong administrative practices, and collaboration across teams. He is active on advisory boards for community and educational institutions throughout North Carolina as well as various Human Resources associations. Jeff earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Urban Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and his Master of Business Administration from the McColl School of Business at Queens University. He also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys antique thrifting and classic cars.
