Lynette Kentgen serves as Senior Vice President of Operations for Legacy Healthcare Services, where she leads the clinical and operational programs and initiatives in 16 states.

With more than 30 years of experience in Senior Living and outpatient therapy Lynette has specialized in senior care for over 25 years. Throughout her career, Lynette has pioneered patient centered care models that blend clinical excellence with highly efficient, scalable operational strategies

Since joining Legacy, Lynette has focused on optimizing service delivery and enhancing clinical outcomes. She works collaboratively with regional directors, clinical staff, and senior living partners to drive operational excellence, improve therapist retention, and elevate patient care standards, supporting Legacy’s mission of enriching the lives of the seniors entrusted to its care.

Lynette earned a Bachelor of Science from St. Louis University and Master of Science from Rush University

Outside of work, Lynette enjoys working out, traveling and puzzles.
