Paula Pason

Paula Pason, PT serves as VP of Operations Integration for Legacy Healthcare Services, where she leads enterprise-wide initiatives focused on new program development, start ups, home health and hospice partnerships, and other strategic priorities. She works across the organization to develop scalable processes, strengthen operational performance, and support key growth initiatives.

With more than 25 years of experience in physical therapy and over 13 years in operations leadership, Paula brings a strong clinical foundation and extensive operational expertise to her role. During her tenure with Legacy Healthcare Services, she has served as Vice President of New Business Operations, Regional Director of Operations overseeing Ohio, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Washington, D.C., Area Regional Director in Ohio, and Rehab Director supporting the startup of an Independent Living community. Prior to joining Legacy in 2013, Paula worked as a staff physical therapist with various therapy organizations. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to exceptional patient care and leading with a servant’s heart.

Since joining Legacy, Paula has focused on advancing strategic growth initiatives and strengthening collaboration across clinical and operational teams. She works with leaders across the organization to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and implement sustainable solutions that enhance patient care, improve performance, and support Legacy’s mission of enriching the lives of the seniors entrusted to its care.

Paula earned her BA in Political Science from Washington and Lee University and her Physical Therapy degree from Cleveland State University.

Outside of work, Paula enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, reading historical fiction, watching crime shows, and cuddling with her corgi and lab fur babies.
