Vice President of Talent

Samantha Lambert serves as Vice President of Talent for Legacy Healthcare Services, where she leads our Talent Acquisition function.

With more than 21 years of experience in healthcare recruiting, Samantha has specialized experience in therapy, ABA, and nursing recruitment since 2005. Prior to joining Legacy Healthcare Services in 2026, she held positions as Director of Recruiting for Powerback Rehabilitation, InBloom Autism Services, and HQRC Management Services as well as VP of Recruitment and Employee Engagement for Autism 360, where she led recruiting efforts across the country in multiple settings. Throughout her career, Samantha has maintained a relationship-based leadership approach and a people-centered approach to recruiting.

Since joining Legacy, Sam has focused on growing the Legacy team and shaping the talent strategy. She works collaboratively with Human Resources and Operations to create a scalable, data-driven recruiting function that delivers high-quality talent, supporting Legacy’s mission of enriching the lives of the seniors entrusted to its care.

Samantha earned her Master of Business Administration from The University of North Carolina at Wilmington and holds her PHR Certification from HRCI.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, playing the piano, reading, and watching lots of kids’ sports from the sidelines.
