Vice President of Human Resources

Tomina Hunt serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Legacy Healthcare Services, where she supports the organization’s people strategy, leadership development, and workplace culture. She is passionate about supporting the people who care for seniors and works collaboratively across the organization to build strong teams and create an environment where employees can thrive.

Tomina brings extensive experience working within assisted living and memory care settings, providing her with a strong understanding of the people and teams who support senior care. She joined Legacy Healthcare Services in 2020 as an HR Generalist and has continued to advance within the organization, ultimately moving into her current role as Vice President of Human Resources.

Since joining Legacy, Tomina has focused on developing leaders, strengthening teams, and fostering a positive workplace culture that supports both employees and the organization’s continued growth. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources (MBA-HR) at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. She remains committed to creating an employee experience that supports Legacy’s mission of enriching the lives of the seniors entrusted to its care.

Outside of work, Tomina enjoys spending time with her family, getting lost in a good book, and relaxing at the beach.
